How ADHD in your element handles the information you share.
Who I am
I’m Rhiannon, an ADHD coach. I run ADHD in your element and I’m responsible for your information. You can reach me at rhiannoncharlottejones@hotmail.com.
What I collect
- Your name, email and any answers you give when you book a chemistry call. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
- What you tell me you’d like help with, in the form or in conversation.
- Payment details when you pay an invoice. These are handled by the payment service you use, not stored by me.
Why I use it
To reply to you, arrange calls and sessions, deliver coaching and take payment. I don’t sell your information and I don’t use it for advertising.
How long I keep it
I keep your name, contact details and invoices only for as long as I need them to run my practice and meet my legal and tax record-keeping duties.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run my practice, such as Google Calendar and Google Meet for bookings and calls, plus my email provider and payment tools. Each handles information under its own privacy terms.
ICF accreditation, only with your consent
I’m working towards ICF accreditation, which means logging my coaching hours. If you’re happy for me to, I may ask to keep your name, contact details and coaching dates for that purpose. It’s always your choice. Saying no won’t change your coaching in any way, and you can change your mind at any time by emailing me.
If you say yes, I only share these details with the ICF, or a mentor reviewing my application, to confirm the coaching took place. I never share anything about what we discuss.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
